The Kepier Hall is the original Grammar School of Houghton-le-Spring and as such is one of the oldest buildings in the town.  After the building closed as a school it became the Church Hall and is now a charity providing one of the best function and community venues in the area.

There is a main room which can seat  up to 120 for formal occasions (weddings) and 180 for conferences and informal occasions (birthday parties). There are 2 smaller rooms the Community Room and the Goodman Room perfect for smaller gatherings of up to 30 people.
